We had a wonderful time staying at Mount Qingcheng Grand Hotel as a family. The service was outstanding and the staff were really lovely especially with our 6 and 1 year old kids. Our apartment was nicely decorated and really comfortable. The breakfast was the highlight each day, very good selection and quality. They had a lot of activities planned for the kids and our kids enjoed their time there. The Location is also perfect to to trips to the nearby Panda research base and Mount Qingcheng We definetly going to come again.

The hotel arrived at noon, but the check-in time has not yet arrived. The front desk carefully arranged early check-in and upgraded it to an elegant room. The room is large and has a terrace. The view is very good. From a distance, it is a green and eye-catching hotel. The overall environment is very good, the hot spring is much less crowded than expected, I thought it would be like making dumplings, but I don’t have to worry about it! Walk down the mountain and walk about 800 meters to the Yulei Mountain and West Street Food Street, which is very convenient! There is also a two-point late check-out service, which is very good!

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. I stayed in a family room with a friend and a baby. The hotel facilities are very complete and the soup pool is very clean and hygienic. It is especially suitable for friends to get together. The attitude of the housekeeper and waiters is very good. They will give you a fruit plate when you check in. The call response is very fast. There was also porridge for dinner in the evening. Overall it was great. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Qingcheng Mountain in the future!

The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to Nanqiao, and the surrounding area is also very convenient for eating and shopping. The lady at the front desk was warm and polite. She also took the initiative to upgrade us to a parent-child room and enthusiastically introduced the nearby dining options. The room is clean and hygienic, and toys, toiletries, step stools, etc. are prepared for the children. The children were a little grumpy because they didn't have enough sleep, but they immediately became happy when they saw the room. There are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is good. The employees are very polite, proactively greeting and praising Zhang Meili, Xiao Zhao, Xiao Wei and other waiters whose names I don't know. They are all very friendly and enthusiastic.

The garden view room was very quiet. The room was large and the view outside the window was great. I had a good sleep. After visiting Qingcheng Mountain for more than 5 hours, I came back to the hot spring area to take a bath. It was so comfortable. The breakfast was also good, and it was very considerate to have milk delivered to the room before going to bed at night.

The newly opened hotel has a parking lot, free of charge, easy to park, and easy to find a place to drive. The appearance is not bad. The shortcomings are obvious. Set a deluxe lake view room, the result is the balcony view as shown in Figure 1. I didn't even see it by the lake. To be honest, when you book the hotel, it is indeed marked that the part is invisible, but this does not mean that you have to let the customer open the blind box. You should be honest, and you should change the landscape without seeing the lake view. Obviously, you are bullying consumers. There are a lot of electric fans on the ground in the corridors of the hotel to diffuse the smell. There is no box for changing towels and throw them on the ground if they are dirty? The mini bar is empty, nothing (if it's a budget hotel, I won't talk about it, but you have a luxury hotel) Front desk staff also need to familiarize themselves with the business as soon as possible. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, just a regular breakfast. After the previous wave of tour groups had finished eating, the juice area basically bottomed out, and it was not renewed in time. In general, it is currently a budget hotel (when the taste is over and the hardware is debugged, it can be comfortable and luxurious, and the hardware is not enough. Not to mention the software.

The room is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the environment is good, and the service is very thoughtful. Xiao Yang and Xiao Chen have a very good service attitude, which makes people feel very cordial! The hotel breakfast is also relatively rich, and the overall cost performance is high! Next time I come here, I will choose this place again~

Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.
