Nice hotel. Very clean and nice rooms. Centrally located. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good spot.

The rooms are quite basic for the price. It was advertised as with living room, but it was just the bed in a large room with a desk.
Las habitaciones son muy básicas por el precio. Reservé uno con sala pero me dieron uno solo con cama y escritorio.

The only thing didn't like was about breakfast. Even it was a breakfast buffet, you are not allow to serve yourself. They want to control the portions or amount you can eat.

The Hotel is clean and tidy. The issue is the front desk. Yesterday my wife called for some ice for the room and was told it would be sent. Half an hour later she called again asking where the ice was, only to be told the hotel had no ice. When we we were leaving for a meal later that evening the staff then told us, that the hotel did have ice but it was not for guests. We then asked for reception to call us a taxi. the first receptionist said yes she would call, only for a second receptionist to overrule he and say no. My wife & I then waled into the street to hail a taxi in the rain. This is to what I expect from a Best Western Brand. I am English & my wife is Colombian. I have never been treated like this before even in a lower star rating hotel. Incidentally my profession is building hotels & resorts. The front desk staff need to be trained correctly as they are the face of the brand. I would certainly not recommend this hotel
