I spent four wonderful nights here. The house is surrounded by quiet, beautiful trees and the hosteler was warm, friendly and patiently explained the map. The airport pick-up service is 30 euros, but when I was about to leave, I remembered that I had not made an appointment with the hosteler in advance. However, you can also take Uber, which costs about the same, but you have to carry your suitcase and walk up some stairs. There are not as many steps as in the ancient city.
The B&B is about half an hour's walk from the ancient city. There are pharmacies, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Prices are normal compared to the ancient city. It is highly recommended to live nearby. The hygiene is good and the price-performance ratio is very high.

I cannot rate this guest house, highly enough. My daughter, booked a few nights away for a surprise for my birthday and we were blown away by this accommodation. It is such a fantastic location with a beautiful beach on the doorstep, easy access to the little supermarket and also very close to some great restaurants. Easy walking to the old town and all the amenities on offer! Stijepo and Nicolina are wonderful hosts so delightful! From the moment we were picked up from the airport by Stijepo, he couldn’t do enough for us, driving us around by the old and new town so we could get acquainted ready for an early start the next morning as we had a late flight. Nicolina was just lovely and super accommodating. The room was spotless, and the view from our balcony breathtaking. Be sure to book room number two if you want to experience our 5 star stay with an awesome view! 🙏🏼 we will be back and we would highly recommend anyone reading this review makes a booking! You will not be disappointed.

Ingredible hosts, very friendly and professional and very helpful. Always welcoming and opened to any questions. Great Terrace with a great view, although you don’t see as much when seated. Very close to Dubrovnik’s old town and new town. Clean rooms and air conditioning working fine!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Guest house Nikolina - Nice clean room with all expected amenities like airconditioning and a fridge - Bed's were fairly comfy - Nice balcony with great views of the coast - There was dedicated parking, although a short walk away - Great location, right next to a couple of nice restaurants, 2 mins from a bus stop that will get you into the old town in 5-10 mins, 20 min walk from new town - Close to a nice beach - Very friendly host! - Only thing to note is that it is high up a hill and there are a lot of steps to climb! Didn't bother us though!
