Good location and able to do a little walk to most of the attractions in the city. The hotel room is spacious, and most importantly is very clean. Stayed two nights, the first night was a bit noisy from outside due to the pub nearby but acceptable. While the second night was quiet.

The location is great. The shopping street Grafton street was 5 minutes away on foot. Lidl was about 10 minutes away.
We were there 2 hours early for check-in and we were given another room as an alternative so that we didn't have to wait.
The breakfast for €5 per person was good value and good.
The room and bathroom were clean.

設施：改造於一棟古老的建築，沒有電梯，內部結構比較複雜，我們被安排在5XX，但實際是3樓，體感走了5樓的樓層，穿越一道道門，繞來繞去的奇怪構造。且每層樓梯非常高，很累，彷彿爬上了10樓！裝修略老，但盡力在保持老建築原有的古典特質，在裝飾上做了許多努力，鋪上紅地毯，掛了許多油畫，尤其是在大堂和餐廳，前台非常簡陋且古早風，倒也十分有趣，並裝飾上了濃濃的聖誕氣息。房間的話略簡陋，設施比較老，尤其是浴室，彷彿來到了招待所，房門刷卡已不太靈敏，似乎是沒有空調的。
衞生：一般般，勉強過關吧。
環境：位置在都柏林2區，2區在河的南邊，是相對安全的區域，也很方便，可步行去都柏林各大景點、河邊和購物中心，St Steven’s和某個知名博物館就在酒店附近步行不到5mins的地方，旁邊還有輕軌站。公交需要穿過一條滿是塗鴉的街道去到另一條主街，另一條主街似乎安全感要低很多，風格有點像倫敦的Camden Town，超市和飯店也在那邊。
服務：工作人員非常地熱情，尤其是負責早餐的工作人員，讓我們感到非常被歡迎，得到了很多照顧。

Albany House was great! It is in an old townhouse but my room had recently been renovated. It was spacious and had a big bed. The breakfast spread was great. The 24-concierge was always helpful. The building is close to Camden Street nightlife, St Stephen’s Green, and Dublin City centre. Highly recommended!

The room given was on the 5th Floor without elevator.
When asked the lady upfront to have someone help us with the luggage to take up the stairs - she abruptly and rudely said "noone is available".
Will not stay at this hotel again.

This place was a perfect stay for one night in Dublin. Walkable to those with the right shoes, and lots of restaurants around to spend the evening. Breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.
