Staybridge Suites Columbus-Dublin

It was clean,roomy, comfortable, accommodating, good area. Wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely love staying at Staybridge Hotels!! Every time we stay at one, we have an amazing experience! It is always so clean and beautifully decorated and the staff is always kind and respectful. The breakfast options are absolutely amazing! There are so many wonderful real foods to choose from. I don't want to stay at any other hotel😁

Was impressed with breakfast options , plenty of hot, cold, and unique options like scones , fresh blueberries, biscuits and gravy, rice, really good eggs and sausage and the standards , waffles, cereal etc. Coffee was really good. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows were perfect. There were areas of wear in room but that happens…it was really clean which is all I care about .

Our room has plenty of space, clean, comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly, and the property was located in a safe environment that was easyily accessed

The layout of the room was really nice, but the cleanliness was definitely subpar. There were brown marks on the wall of the bathroom that I cleaned off myself (under the toilet paper holder), the cabinets had food/something splattered on them, and the couch and comforter had stains. The bathroom also showed some age as the running water would pool and not go down the drain in the shower and sink and the paint in the bathroom had marks and was chipping in places. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was nice, and the free parking was great.

At first the Hotel was pretty. Lobby and breakfast area were nicely redone. Hallways were up to to date. Then we got to the room. "Freshly remodeled". Paint splatter literally on everything. The counter was about knee height. DIRTY. Its a large hotel and yes, it takes time to recoop rooms after a busy night. We were able to chck into our room until almost 6pm (check in at 4pm) and it was terribly dirty. Ever corner was dirt filled and each surface hadnt been wiped off. We actually went and purchase a zoom broom and cleaing supplies for me to tidy up enough to stay. Room looked nice with new lamps, wall art and new carpet but you could tell they literally spent as little as possible. Doors were falling off and the floor tile in the bathroom was not even attached- it wobbled every time you walked on it. Front desk wasnt overly friendly but nice. Manager seemed overwhelmed and stressed. Compared to the Staybridge we had just left from in Detroit this was very subpar. Breakfast was blah,area was left dirty the entire breakfast event. **Happy hour was amazing. Concept was awesome and did enjoy that. Pool was clean but paint chipping off the bottom. Online pictures were accurate but didnt really show the quality. Most remodel money went into the lobby, grounds and public areas where rooms were more 2 star quality. I wouldnt stay again and surprises IHG allows for such low standards with their name on it.

Staff are wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Breakfast is full of choices and good food - fantastic. Free washers and dryers for clothing. Big rooms. Allowed our 2 cats, but they cost $150 for 2 weeks.

Our stay was not pleasant. We checked into a room that was about 60 degrees. Also the phone on the room was not working. We requested another room where we moved into and went out to get some dinner. We returned and determined that the floor in the room was not level and sloped significantly in places. We were about to go to bed and found that the bed was not level. The head of the bed was below the foot of the bed by a significant amount. That was crazy and we could not sleep that way. About 11 pm we moved to another room and that was an improvement. While getting into bed we noticed that there was no bed pad on the bed; we were sleeping on a bare mattress. That is definitely not acceptable. We determined we could not stay there another night and we left two days early.
