The Green Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was centrally located, beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful or nice. This was my first trip to Dublin and Jessica at the front desk was wonderful in providing help and assistance. The room was spacious and everything was in proper working order. The breakfast was unbelievable and so delicious. The perfect meal to start the bay exploring Dublin by foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming staff, I could check in early which was great, the room was clean and fresh, it was cold but we managed to figure out the heating ( maybe we shouldn’t have touched it). We were in the front and could hear traffic, it wasn’t an issue for us but it could be for others. Overall great hotel and location was great

We had a fabulous night on The Green Hotel. The staff were excellent, the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also fabulous and the location of the hotel is great. Thoroughly recommend it.

All is very good, but if your room overlooks the edge of Stephen's Green you will hear revellers' noise at the weekend.

Enjoyed our few days in Dublin staying at The Green. We were met by a lovely girl at reception. She was everything you want from first impressions; Confident, friendly, professional and friendly. I didn't get her name but she is originally from Alicante. That set a good tone and we were very happy with our room and with teh hotel in general. This is a hotel I would be very happy to return to.

Our plane lost our luggage and delivered it to our hotel after 3 days. The hotel staff did everything to accommodate us and make our travel less miserable from all the plane fiasco. On the third day, we got back to our hotel room with our luggage delivered. They went above and beyond expectations. The hotel is perfectly located near the luxury shopping district and across St Stephen’s Park. We did not get a lot of time to use all of the facilities and perks but had a chance to check out the gym facility and it was sufficient. The only thing that surprised us was being charged for making a phone call. I thought it was free when I called to check before making a phone call to our airline. I still would like to thank all the hotel staff for being so accommodating and hospitable. I highly recommend this place. I will stay here again when I am back.
