Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Dublin

Hotel screwed up the price for our rooms. We showed them our reservation and price and refused to give us the correct price. Even the company we booked the room threw called and still the hotel would not correct the mistake they made...we stayed at another hotel...

Room 221 had a hole in the bathroom ceiling, weren't able to get a room switch due to full house but aside from that we had a nice stay.

Receptionist was very helpful - even found Kurig coffee pods for me (there we nine in my room)

eggs and sausage were overcooked and cold. also, pool and fitness center were closed and wasn't told upon arrival. was disappointed.

The room was neglected for sure!! Toilet overflowed called no one answered, then staff wasn’t present at the front desk when I went downstairs to inform them. I couldn’t even get ready because my room was filled with water. The toilet was loud when I first went into the room, had to move the handle to silence it. Wasn’t told when breakfast was and that was part of my stay. Just wasn’t wort my money and experience for what I went for. If I could 0 stars. Amenities were outdated and useless. Dim lighting in the room lights are very low and unsafe.Sofa bed was heavily stained and old and needs to be thrown out. Bed was the only thing clean and useful.

The room was in horrible shape! The ceilings were falling apart, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, the blankets and sheet had stains! The staff when we first arrived was really rude! They didn’t have a bartender that could make a drink she charged us for something she didn’t even make

First of all you charge secured and not responsible of anything damages to your car.. also you leave bottles in November when you charge you guess two dollars if they’re not a guest member that is just totally wrong. I am going to try to avoid Hilton Gardens as much as possible in the new future.

Room was fine. Hilton SUCKS! They nickel and dime you when you are already paying a premium to stay there. No breakfast included. Then missed the fine print when booking that they charge you $5.12 a day to park! This is not in the city or a congested area that you would even think you would pay to park. OH RV and Bus parking is FREE! I never have had a good hotel experience at any Hilton and vow never to stay at another again.
