Hampton Inn Columbus/Dublin

The hotel was clean. When my friend and I checked in we were offered bottles of water or soda. We were also told there were cookies being baked. Upon entering our room and bringing in our luggage I thought it would be brilliant to use the door latch to hold the door open…. Instead it locked us out of the room. The staff was very quick to respond to the issue. I said “you look like a pro, this has happened before.” He responded, “you weren’t the first and you won’t be the last.” I liked the sarcasm. After getting situated and back into our room, we had a very quiet and good rest. We had a decent cooked buffet breakfast. When I went to checkout I was given another bag of goodies. We are planning on staying here again on our way back towards home.

Well, there was a fire alarm in the middle of one night, and atrocious breakfasts. After 5 nights there, I finally asked for fresh towels because the room was never serviced.

This was a clean hotel with all the amenities my partner and I needed. We were comfortable, felt safe, and had no trouble with anything at the hotel throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking is easy and convenient as well.

Room was convenient and very clean. Breakfast was ample and very tasty. The staff was very friendly.

We are a long time Hampton Inn guests and it was our preferred choice, but this is the first time I've ever dealt with something like this, my daughter and wife stayed for a school trip, in and out. To my surprise, we were hit for a $250 cleaning fee. Worst was the terrible explanation and rudeness from the staff and management. Absolutely disgusted by this whole ordeal, hotel guests beware.

The room was clean, however, the bed was hard, and the wall unit sounded like a tornado. The toilet was so low to the ground I felt I was falling and am only 4'11'. There is no body wash in the shower, the hair dryer hangs on the back of the bathroom door and bangs around and if you have a room in the back, you have terrible I-270 traffic noise. Parking was fine.

One of the best hotel experiences. Friendly staff,clean rooms and a special shout out to the breakfast attendant she really hustled.
