The room was spacious, good Wi-Fi! 2 bottles of water a day! Everything is basically good! But a huge fat minus, there are a lot of cockroaches, I killed about 15 cockroaches a day!

The is very good with very nice staff specially Rizwan from reception he is the nice gentleman good rooms but not big just a normal rooms wifi is good no free parking area location is very good near by every where.

The Hotel looks new , rooms are spacious and clean , toilets are modern , staff are welcoming , the only Cons , that towels were available only @ 19:00 pm because of delay of laundry and available parking is a Paid Parking for 20 AED

I chose Hive just because it was near to my Cousin's apartment otherwise I know hotels around Deira far better and value for money
❌Receptionist - the Filipino lady is not as friendly as I was expecting since I myself is a Filipino; Though I made a friendly gesture to her the moment we checked in, she never returned a smile to us even wouldnt greet us on a daily basis as part of her job being a receptionist. She is always with a smirk face.
❌We LOST our Travel Coffee Cups inside our room! Everyday I would ask the reception but NO One has ever claimed they could accidentally threw them in the bin. I was just waiting for an apology but they just put this issue aside and seemed to put the blame on us.
❌Toilet room would always be damp as the glass shower cover and the drainage are ineffective
❌Fridge is not working properly - our food got spoiled
❌No Complimentary Coffee or Tea
And the Kettle needs to be plugged bedside as there no suffiecient sockets
❌Need to Pay for Parking
