The hotel is pretty standard overall. The room was clean and tidy, but they didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers. The pool is heated and offers a view of the Burj Khalifa. There's a shuttle bus every half hour to T1 and T3 airports.

The rooms are as clean as ever, and the shuttle bus service is the most convenient. Every time I have a layover from the airport, I always stay here. A big shout-out to the front desk staff! It's rare to catch a rainy day, but the sky was truly blue today 👍

The hotel is giving free shuttle to Airport and that is the main reason i stay here. And from airport u can have Mrt to city centre. Plus the distance between to airport not so far; about 10 minutes only. Everything just ok, good. Can stay here again if i come to dubai/have short transit.

They do provide shuttle bus services from the Dubai airport. If you take public transports are quite troublesome especially if you carry your luggage as well.

I got in airport by 5pm so I had fly nexts day at 3am , it’s easy to get in the hotel without traffic nice place professional hospitality

The hotel rooms are nice, and the location is very close to the airport, making it perfect for travelers arriving late or departing early from Dubai Airport. The hotel service is also attentive; I arrived at 2 AM, and they had already reserved my two rooms, conveniently located close to each other.

I arrived at Terminal 1 airport and took the free hotel shuttle after a 10 mins ride. The hotel's shuttle only goes terminal 1 or 3. So, when I left for Terminal 2, I have to call Uber which is quite expensive at 5:30am zone time. For the hotel itself, it's great. The room is spacious, clean, well lighted, and the bed is particularly comfy and I slept well.
