Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah Residences

I had an incredible stay at Hyatt Place! *Breakfast*: The breakfast was amazing — fresh, varied, and set up perfectly. It made starting the day so much easier. *Location*: The hotel is in a strategic spot. Super convenient for getting around Dubai, whether you’re visiting or live here. *Service & vibe*: The reception was warm and professional. You feel taken care of from check-in to check-out. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. And to anyone in Dubai looking for great service, a great breakfast, and a great location — look no further. Hyatt Place Hotel is the place to go.

It was an average experience for us. The 2bhk apartment was spacious and very good to our liking though but apart from the stay, service was just as casual and average. The front office staff was not much supportive checkin late (which i informed them 4 days ago)

I booked a studio type room. The room was spacious. The sink Kitchenette got blocked from water only. The bathroom was very small. The apartments are in another building you need to use two different elevators. The breakfast wasn't that good. I advice you to book the breakfast for the first day of your stay only. Most likely you won't like it. But tastes differs. The area around the hotel has everything. From restaurent, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical centers. The staff were very cooperative also.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, Victoria, and her team at the reception for treating me like family and a friend. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service. I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. Every time I stayed there, I felt so thankful for their attention to detail and hospitality. May God's blessings always be with them. Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!

Very expensive for the service they offer. The mattress was terrible! And the room was noisy even thought, I specifically asked for a non noisy and very clean room. The place is 15 -20 mins from Dubai mall. Far from the marina and Jumeira palm. I around the hotel a lot of stores and accommodation. Un hôtel appart qui est bien cher pour ce qu’il a a offrir. Propre mais le matelas était vieux et usé . J’ai eu très mal au dos. Je suppose que vous trouverez mieux sur Airbnb .
