I have stayed at this hotel twice and both experienced were great. All staff are friendly professional and super helpful! Room is clean and facilities are great. Good location with free buses to a few locations.

The location is great. Service from Concierge men at front of hotel was great, friendly and consistent. Young man who sold Oud perfumes service excellent. Nice birthday surprise in my room, was excellent, although my hotel room door was left unlocked and open on arrival. Some of my items could’ve been stolen but thankfully they were not. Food AWFUL- especially breakfast. Change your chef!!!! I witnessed numbers of people ordering take out deliveries day after day. Housekeeping- had to be called 3 days in a row to clean my room I had a 5night stay. Room not ready on arrival, they tried to offer me a different one. I declined then had to wait 25mins. When I went in room sheets damp. Had to wait until next day to complain again as it was 4am by time I got into room. I would personally not recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at much better 4* hotels in Dubai. My honest review and experience.
