I had a very pleasant stay at Marriott Hotel Al Barsha. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and comfortable for a long stay. The location is also very strategic, within walking distance to the mall, although this time I didn’t get the chance to visit because of work. Still, the surrounding area has many restaurants, spas, and convenient places nearby, which made everything very easy.
One thing I appreciated is their eco-friendly concept. The hotel doesn’t place excessive amenities in the bathroom, but you can always request anything you need, which I think is a thoughtful approach.
During my stay, I spent most of my time working in the room, so I often ordered room service because I was honestly too busy and tired to go out. The room service was always fast, and the food was delicious every time.
I would also like to especially mention Babita from the housekeeping team. She was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always checked politely if I needed anything. Since I worked most of the time in the room, I really appreciated how respectful she was of my space and privacy without ever being intrusive.
The rooftop bar has a very nice atmosphere, and the swimming pool area also looked great, even though I didn’t get the chance to swim this trip.
For the breakfast, I think the variety of options could be improved a little more. However, I was very happy with the chef who made my omelette every morning. I ordered a cheese omelette on the first day, and the next morning he already remembered my order and prepared the same for me. Such a small gesture, but it showed very warm hospitality and made me feel welcomed.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay here. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly, and the hotel made my busy work trip much more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
