Sometimes when people from the UK and perhaps Europe see the brand Novotel they may consider it being one of the less Premium brands however let me assure you the quality of the hotel the property facilities and especially the staff and those supporting the customer facing colleagues is absolutely superb, That said, and in my particular case, I use this hotel because it is connected to the WTC which offers immediate access into the same without stepping outside. I have been coming here for a great many years and will continue

Had a pleasant experience staying for 2 nights at Novotel WTC. Excellent service with great location surrounded by skyscrapers, next to metro station. The room, swimming pool, and valet parking were all so good. I will surely like to visit here again.
