Whenever we book a stay at a serviced apartment, we always look forward to the amenities it has and surprisingly they satisfy what we need except for 1 point, they don’t have slippers on the house. Second thing that we appreciate as a client, is their generosity and consideration when it comes to late check-out requests, special thanks to Mr. Karim who ensured our second stay to be perfect.

1，位置很好，出門就地鐵，但交通費用很高，因為它在杜拜地鐵的終點站，衹能坐地鐵打車，坐公交路上有個區不是很安全
2，酒店讓印度人包了，印度前台試圖收我按金500迪拉姆，被我拒絕了。
3，酒店乾淨，設施齊全，可以做飯有游泳池，但gym衹能上午用
4，沒有吹風機，空調不能調温度和模式
5，價格便宜，但犧牲的是時間精力和交通費用
6，check out的時候必須要停留等候讓他們檢查，什麼年代了…好吧尊重。他們説等五分鐘，卻不止，還狡辯，我很急着趕飛機，讓前台白男say sorry，很不情願的説了。

The rooms are clean, peaceful communities, complete amenities, just a few steps to the metro station, and the hotel staff are nice and very accommodating, especially lobby staff.. i definitely will book and stay again if we go back to Dubai.

Clean, friendly, big, and comfortable suite. There is a good location to visit Legoland and other parks and then leave Dubai from Al Maktoum International Airport. Balance between price and offer. There is far from Dubau center, but 15 minutes by metro to Marine area.

It was a disappointing experience.
As a start, they let you sign a document that all amenities are perfect even before going to the room. I reported the double door lock as damaged and then they simply accused me of breaking the lock. Their justification is that the rooms are double checked before giving the rooms to the customers and broken double lock is a cause of putting the room on hold. What is further surprising is the way they reacted for me being upset of this false accusation.
When I asked for the hotel manager, the simple answer is that he is off.
