The location is perfect: the metro and tram are nearby, and it is located on the marina embankment, it is not far to the beach, there are shops nearby. We booked a room with a view of the marina - a super view! And the panoramic outdoor pool complements all the beauty and amenities. The room itself is in excellent condition, everything works, beautiful and comfortable. We took breakfast - a good choice, everything is delicious, we ate almost all day. But the main dish of breakfast and coffee must be ordered from the staff, so you have to wait for some time until they bring it. In the evening it was nice to go for a walk on the embankment, but the doors to the embankment were closed, you had to go through the central entrance. It was convenient to go to Al Maktoum Airport. We will consider this hotel again on our next trip!

Mostly came for the pool, but it's also a lovely hotel. Pool is nice, recommend to go for sunset so you have both day/night view. Breakfast was surprisingly good (saying as someone who stays a lot in hotels), would do that again! Gym is open 24/7 and has a lot of equipment/is suitable (not just cardio machines like in many places)

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable, within walking distance to Dubai Mall and the Fountains. The most amazing highlight was the infinity pool on the 54th floor; taking photos with the Burj Khalifa from there was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Every staff member provided meticulous and thoughtful service. It was an impeccable stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Amazing stay & guests experiences we had as a family of 6 person spending 2 nights at this beautiful & elegant hotel with splendid city view of Burj Khalifa. Our daughter's room was specially decorated for her birthday surprise on the day of check-in. We will return for our stay in next visit to Dubai. Great memories here!

One of the few green surroundings in Dubai

Fantastic hotel, definitely the best location and view around burj khalifa - the interior is great and the rooms nice. The breakfast was good and service exceptional. The only downside was that I got a smaller room and I didn’t realise because I was too tired when we arrived. They upgraded the view but downsized the room. I appreciate early checkin after a long flight and I just wish I took a bigger room. Anyway I’d come back anytime, it’s great and connected to Dubai mall and the view is splendid
