Dear readers, as unsatisfactory guest, I would like to share my experience in this hotel. First of all, I must say that the central location of the hotel is positive. I also liked the impressive hall of red marble in the eastern style. My room on the 5th floor was pleasantly large and offered a good view of the city. Unfortunately, this is the hotel at the crossing of two main roads. This means that the traffic around the clock is very strong and especially at night when the Poser scene tries her PS-stark cars, I was always wake up at night. Also the equipment is simple and has come into the years. The garden fell to me immediately when hearing, because the holder was defect and it was no longer fitted. The very bright room was also a big problem because I could hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was a great disappointment, as low-quality goods were used, the cheapest available on the market. All in all, this was the last time I stayed in this hotel. On the second day I went to a bakery in the morning. Unfortunately, I can't make a recommendation for this hotel and advise potential guests to look after a better option. Very narrow entrance to the parking lot. Door to sliding and quiet. Despite all understanding for Corona, it is a bad service that you must take the breakfast down yourself as guest and then still quite unfriendly instructed to bring the used box down again. You can also save your breakfast order ticket, as it makes the impression that it is arbitrarily set together. The disadvantage is also that you cannot open a window and the balcony door to the persistent balcony cannot be placed on kipp. In general, the rooms also appear much older than on the photos, the bed covers were plenty. This hotel has certainly not earned 3 stars for us.

We chose this hotel as a low budget hotel close to the center. We were not disappointed. Small hotel, small but clean rooms. The reception, apart from the only man, speaks Polish, so you will get along even without the language. Small car park for approx. 10 cars, but if there are no spaces opposite, huge multi-storey car park for EUR 12 per day. Close to the center. Breakfast very modest without hot dishes, but you can eat. Recommend for people for a 1-2 day trip to explore Dortmund or for people coming to matches. Attention. In every hotel in Germany you will need to have the vaccination QR code or PCR test result to check in.

Excellent city hotel in perfect vicinity to the city centre, the train station and the German football museum! Beautiful, cozy furnished lobby and bar. Extraordinary, wonderful, varied breakfast until 12:00! Here is everything the heart wants! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice, clean and well equipped rooms. Absolute wellness hotel. We can recommend this house of best conscience and have been allowed to spend a wonderful weekend in Dortmund here as a family (2 Erw. + 1 child)! We are very happy to come back. Continue so!

This was a great little hotel in the centre of Dortmund. Convenient, clean, quiet, and most importantly, with a great cafe. The cafe opened early (6:30 Monday - Saturday, I think 8 on Sundays), which was very convenient for that first tea/coffee of the day. They did a good range of drinks, cakes, sandwiches as well as a full continental for €10. I can highly recommend their muesli, which I believe is made in house. The staff were all very accommodating and spoke good English.

Overall the hotel was very bad. On booking it said parking available, when the receptionist asked if they had a parking space, we got the answer - yes, with 8 € more per day -. So we left the car in a parking garage in the immediate vicinity for €14 a day. The room had no air conditioning and was therefore very hot, we had to sleep with the windows open. Next to the hotel was a bar where a lot of people spoke and celebrated very loudly. Luckily we only stayed one night and were very tired from the trip and were able to fall asleep pretty quickly. The only plus was that this hotel was a few steps from the center. The day after we wanted to go for breakfast (since it was included in the price), this was on the 2nd floor where we went in and wanted to be served but nobody came, so we left this breakfast room again and thus the hotel.

I came here alone for business trips. The location is superb. It is opposite to the German Football Museum Dortmund and the Central Railway Station in Dortmund. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The front desk is very good, the room facilities are also good, breakfast needs to pay more than ten euros, but it is worth it, relying on a good breakfast every day. Recommended.
