I searched for hotels in Hengdian on trip.com for nearly two weeks before finally choosing the VIP Building because the local hotels were a bit old, but luckily it didn’t disappoint. Hu Lijun at the front desk was very helpful. She immediately added me on WeChat and asked her to notify her when I wanted to go out and take a taxi for me. She didn't even think about how I could pay her back the fare if she happened to be off duty. It is really customer-oriented and puts the customer's convenience first. In addition, the flight ticket was booked for the evening on my return trip, but the hotel check-out was at two o'clock at the latest, but Lijun immediately helped me adjust my check-out time to three o'clock. Although the hotel has been open for a long time and the equipment is a bit old, based on the staff's service attitude, location and package price, it is still highly recommended to stay in this hotel. I'll choose the VIP building next time I come. And I heard Master Zuche say that the local dishes cooked in the hotel are also very authentic. There is construction going on around the hotel, which is very noisy. The location is good and parking is convenient. The hotel facilities are old, the bathroom in the room is very small, and the sound insulation is very poor. Living on the second floor, the room is full of debris, which is a bit annoying. The breakfast is not bad, and the lobby service is good.
