訂的是棋牌大床房，最後沒有棋牌室，“大床”也是兩個小床上架了一個大床墊。預訂界面是有棋牌室圖片的，顯示房間面積有40平米。實際入住什麼也沒有，房間小的可憐。
房間是給長者回鄉過年住的，兩個長者住了幾天後我才親眼看到了房間。就打電話問為什麼房間與預訂界面照片相差甚遠，小姑娘説訂單下了就和實際入住人確認過了，棋牌室在另外的樓層可以去用。其他概不解釋也無法解釋，面積小了就是小了，虛假宣傳就是虛假宣傳。欺負年紀大的算怎麼回事！

房間有冰箱呦，樓上也有洗衣機烘乾機，房間很乾凈很温馨，房間鋪的地毯，很有格局，交通也很便利，離火車站幾分鐘路程，叫車也很房間，酒店門口就有車，打掃，前台辦理入住很快，早餐在一樓有明顯的指示牌，菜品也豐富，有當地特色魚湯麪，一次很愉快的體驗。

孩子結婚，跑遍了整個東台的高檔酒店，再三對比後全家一致選擇了港滙大酒店，從酒店的檔次到整體設施以及服務全家都很滿意，前台服務員很有耐心，服務態度很好，孩子的同學朋友都誇我們有品位，選的酒店很氣派，我們臉上很有面子，關鍵是兒媳婦很滿意

今年春節頭三天是在港滙度過的，如同在家一樣，除了自助餐豐富可口，還值得一説的是智能馬桶，因為家裡很早就裝了，已經形成習慣性依賴，出門就會感到很不便，自從港滙裝了松下智能馬桶，每次來住都覺得跟在家一樣，輕鬆解決，妙不可言。再加上其它優點，綜合質價比真的很好，難怪春節期間客人一羣接一羣，人氣爆棚，一房難求
