#位置交通位置離南門灣有點距離，酒店周邊沒有吃飯的，要走一段路去銅陵鎮吃。#衞生衞生不好，枕頭和床單都有發黃的斑點。價格也貴，不明白350的酒店沒有電梯！！#房間設施不行，衞生間沒有地巾，地很滑，害我在衞生間門口摔了一跤，整個人側面着地，一下痛死我了，右小腿還有一條血痕，害得我第二天遊玩小腿都還是痛的！！下去前台投訴，結果上來一個人就簡單問一下，給了一條毛巾就完事了，就這處理結果？如果是老年人摔一跤呢？服了！這價格對這酒店就是坑！#服務還有服務，太差，我們早起四點多去看日出的，回來8點了，就在補覺，結果11點左右我們還沒醒，就有服務人員一直在敲門，忍不了起來後和她説暫時不用打掃，然後下午出去的時候特意和前台説了一下房間可以打掃了，結果晚上回來一看根本沒打掃，這服務也是太差！不推薦這酒店，別來！沒拍酒店的照，放一張日出吧！

沒有電梯，六樓自己拎行李箱爬上去，空調非常吵，像拖拉機，不會給住客任何方便，處理問題冷漠，寸步不讓，中途涉及換房間，通知了早上、中午兩次換，從景點回來又説換不了，讓等，完全不能協調好再通知。

後面加了30元改為親子房了，12點後就可以馬上入住了，之前的房型需要14時後才可以入住，所以改了，路邊可以免費停車，不是電梯房，要走到6層，夏天，過道比較悶，而且房間內網絡電視都打不開，可能是網絡信號差引起的，老闆有時候不在樓下，旁邊有電動車出租方便一些。

下午3點多還不讓入住，理由是衞生沒搞完，前台態度差，沒有電梯要爬樓梯，位置偏遠，周圍沒有餐飲，房間內有異味，與宣傳圖差了十萬八千里

廁所衞生乾淨 這點特別棒 和酒店衞生一樣 就在大路邊 附近公交站樓下很多共享電動車 交通很方便 離海有一定距離

進房間的時候一股煙味 很久都不散
空調沒什麼效果 外機很響室內都很清楚
洗澡水前一個人洗了一會兒後一個人洗就沒有熱水了 洗了個冷水澡
早上七點起床就重新去找酒店了…太難受了
