離洞口高速出口衹有一兩百米，門口就是洞口汽車總站廣場，停車非常方便，大廳寬敞明亮，前台很熱情，客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全，布草很新，有事打電話很快就能解決，走的時候很匆忙，落下了一點東西，搞衞生阿姨送到前台，前台打電話及時通知我們！

酒店前台和老闆娘服務太好了，我去的比較晚，幫我快速辦理入住，還熱情地幫我提東西，指引房間位置，聽説我要一次性拖鞋又幫我送到房間，一進客房，看到衞生打掃得非常乾淨，設施齊全，空調效果不錯，晚上睡覺非常安靜，真是一次不錯的體驗！

我一家人自駕去張家界旅遊，經過洞口入住到駿怡酒店，我小孩有點感冒，問店老闆有體温計麼，沒想到店老闆還真有，並帶我去附近葯店買了葯，還拿了一次性杯子幫忙泡好。服務真的不錯。

停車很方便，工作人員非常熱情，看到我們加上小孩有三四個人，衹訂了舒適大床房，就貼心地建議我們換成高級雙床房，後來還主動為我們多拿了兩個枕頭,拿了一次性拖鞋。這裏確實不錯，晚上很安靜，床睡覺也很舒服，房間又通風透氣。

在洞口高速服務區休息時在網上看到了這家酒店，感覺不錯，就訂了房，下高速出口後導航去酒店，結果不小心從高速第一個十字路口直行開過去了，找不到酒店，打電話到前台，後來老闆開摩託車來帶我到酒店，以後要記住出高速第一個十字路口右轉開幾米從全友傢俬門口再左拐往前開十米左右就到了。

在高速上訂房看到這個連鎖酒店評價不錯，離高速出口也近，就訂了房，下高速第一個十字路口右拐再往前開幾米再在拐往前開十米就到了，門口有個大停車場，前台很熱情，倒茶招呼，辦理入住很怏，客房乾淨整潔，通風透氣，布草很新爬柔軟，晚上睡覺很安靜，空調效果也不錯。

我到洞口承包一點工程，來駿怡酒店入住，前台見我手上拿着合同紙，就問是否要打印，忙説打印兩份，前台立馬就給我打印兩份，也不另加費用，又給我提供了筆和紙。非常貼心，值得推薦入住。

位置方便，停車方便，旁邊就有很多飯店，吃飯也方便，衞生很乾凈，工作人員很熱情，對於我提的一些小要求也是很積極的幫我解決了，床也很軟很舒服，因為來住的時候太晚了還免費幫我升級了個房型

位置好，位於洞口汽車總站售票廳旁邊，從高速出口下來一分多鐘就到了，停車方便，門口的停車很寬闊，前台熱情周到，客房乾淨整潔，都是大窗户，空氣清新，布草很新很柔軟，空調效果不錯，網速快，熱水充足，六樓還有自助洗衣房，出差旅行很方便，晚上安靜，睡得不錯，下次還來。
