The room is clean and comfortable, the experience is good, the hotel environment is simple, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, and the online customer service also responds promptly to any questions. The voice control function and the video screen in this room are the reasons why I chose it. As a reminder, svip needs to pay to watch on demand, and you can only watch some VIP movies, or you can watch TV and listen to music directly. Parking is free and very convenient. It may be next to the roadside, so there will be some noise from roadside vehicles at night. The overall feeling is not bad. Next time I have the opportunity to come here, I will consider this type of hotel.

They are all very good, the bathroom also has a disposable toilet pad, very intimate.
There is a big sign outside the arranged room blocking the window, so the light is not good. Another point is that the air conditioner has abnormal noises and will squeak from time to time. Free parking, parking spaces are quite a lot. The front desk clerk is also very enthusiastic~ There is a bus stop downstairs, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is only two stops from South China Mall.

The hotel is new and clean. I booked a pure room, which is actually multiple air purification devices. The front desk didn't provide coffee (4 yuan more expensive on the official website). In fact, a cup of American coffee is not worth the money. The coffee-themed hotel has become a misnomer. The breakfast is really not good. I took an egg and left. You can go shopping around.

The front desk of the hotel is friendly and reminds me that the hotel has a self-service laundry room, breakfast buffet, etc. The room is not particularly big, but clean and tidy. GGuest UserRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

There's not an awful lot to do in the immediate surrounding area but, that wasn't an issue for us as we have quite a powerful electric bike and a car. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The common areas and nicely decorated and the rooms are spotless. It is a very quiet and safe area. My one issue is that there is no pool available for guests to use despite the pool being used in pictures and videos all over multiple social media accounts run by this hotel. I had wished to spend an hour or two each day laying by the pool but, we were not able to do so!

Request being served at nice and fast manner which is highly appreciated. Lots of activities for kids. Just some activities need to be charged additionally and I will suggest hotel can offer discount for guests who stay in hotel.
Plenty of choice of breakfast but when getting crazy when lots of guest going to have breakfast at the same time. Lack of food. Suggest hotel can assign some time slot for guests so divide guests into groups to avoid having breakfast at the same time.
Due to hotel is large, lifts are provided at one side only. If i stay in the room far from the lift while I am going to the location downstairs just behind my room, I need to walk 10 mins to the lift and then another 10 mins to the location where i need to go.Highly suggest hotel can newly build some lifts in the other side of the building so guest (especially elderly need not walk long way).

GGuest UserIt is close to public park but there is not much thing over there. They have a good food but it is quickly runout because they have many customers, so you have to eat breakfast early.
Inside the room is ok, it is not perfect but enough to stay for business trip. Unfortunately there is no body lotion to serve customer even winter time like today.

DDuayun OgidiWhere to begin? The location of the hotel is very convenient and the building is beautiful. The staff of this hotel is the best of any hotel I've stayed in, in china! The bellhop ( Ethan) that greeted me and helped me with my bags was highly professional. The check in process was quick and the gentleman spoke English so it made the process very easy for me. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend at the hotel and the staff was so kind to leave a delicious cheesecake and card.
, personally signed by the staff for me in my room. I will be coming back here when I visit again.

YyyycocoEvery time I return to the village, I prefer Fuying Hotel. When I check in, the front desk of the hotel is very good. I took the elderly to help me upgrade to the executive room for free. Thank you Yan Yi Nuan and Huang Hanqun 😊 The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the parking is convenient. As soon as you leave the parking lot, you will go straight to the Shiqi Bridge. The location is really great.
