The service at Yihao is truly heartwarming. The staff were enthusiastic and professional throughout my stay, never being intrusive but always available when needed. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The city view room offered an amazing vista, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the surrounding area has excellent amenities. I've already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Railway Station and the room was quite big and exactly as shown on the Trip.com website. The cleanliness of the room was good but the service at the Front Desk and the F&B outlet (where the complimentary breakfast is served) was poor. I did not receive the Yihao Gift when I checked-in which was mentioned in the Package Details. Was hoping the gift might include some coffee powder or sachets as there is no coffee provided in ther room.

Was bit of a disappointment. The choice of food at the breakfast buffet leaves much to be desired. The room lacks upkeep but was aclean and the bedding was comfortable.

The location is great, very close to the high-speed rail station and the train station, and there's a large shopping mall next to it. I booked it on short notice and it was surprisingly good value for money. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I needed a red envelope and they actually sent it to me. Thank you very much 🙏
