The door of the hotel is right on the main road. I heard the sound of cars at 5 o'clock in the morning. What disturbs my sleep the most is the sound of car horns. Also, when I got to the room, I couldn't watch the TV. I arranged for the waiter to come up and fix it, but I left before I knew I could watch it. As a result, the TV had no sound, so I asked the waiter to fix it again... Finally, I changed the remote control... Although it was fixed, it still didn't work. The time spent greatly affects our rest! Overall: the hotel is good in all aspects.

Let's not talk about the check-in experience. I want to complain about the service attitude and problem-solving attitude. I washed the clothes and put them in the dryer around 840 in the morning, then went back to the room to rest. I woke up and went to pick them up and found that the clothes were missing. I reported the problem to the front desk staff, and the front desk told me to wait a moment. If any guests reported that they had brought the wrong clothes and returned them, they would contact me again. So far, I have not received any reply! Missing clothes is a small matter, but the service attitude and problem-solving attitude are a bit embarrassing. What if the guest checks in alone and does not have any change of clothes? When guests encounter problems and report problems, your waiters should at least find a way to solve the problem and help us look for it. After searching, no one dared to complain, instead of just asking me to wait for no response. The service needs to be improved and the hygiene is not good enough. There are cigarette butts in the bathroom...

The facilities and environment are very average. The room price is almost 500, which is not worth it. The breakfast is cheap and it is a bit far from the attractions. I may not consider choosing this hotel next time.
