房間衞生還挺差的，衞生間下水道出口那裡都是頭髮，然後花灑頭出水的地方肉眼可見地臟，拿紙巾擦了下都是污漬。毛巾也沒有一次性的，在其他衞生問題的襯託下，我都不敢用那裡的毛巾。

沙發很臟。被子蓋上去很癢，洗手間瓷磚都是水垢，剛入住半小時真的忍不了了，和朋友帶着行李箱走了。入住了 錢當然也退不了，影響心情

一開始的房間就開始空調漏水，立馬下去換了間房間，前台服務也很迅速，給我換了，換了個21樓的一開始感覺挺不錯，結果窗簾拉不上，叫前台過來弄，前台也很及時給我弄了，房間很安靜很滿意，結果到了晚上，回來房間，都不知道是不是頂樓機器一直在那裡吵，還時不時的發出打籃球那個籃球鞋與地面的摩擦尖鋭聲，我以為有人在附近打籃球什麼的，沒在意，結果到了晚上12點左右還在那裡吵，煩得我無法睡覺，那時就打給前台想讓他關掉機器，結果沒人聽，你們是沒人上晚班嗎？一直吵吵到了早上，睡眠質量特別不好！早上12點左右回到酒店還是一直吵，真的服了，希望你們能改善一下！這種環境實在住不了第二次！
