1: The room type is wrong (the order was for a deluxe double room, and the front desk gave a standard room type) that does not match the order.
2: The air conditioner is noisy

非常滿意、服務態度好、要什麼必需品都會給，服務員也非常的熱情、衞生做的非常乾淨、那天去東莞辦事情，對他們的服務態度震驚了，我以前住的酒店都是衞生不乾淨，去前台退房服務態度也不好，床很軟，衞生間很大，也沒有異味，對這次住房我表示很滿意！！

房間的吊燈是壞的！浴巾跟毛巾都是出現破爛！
但是現在比之前入住的要好，不會有很多閑雜人等都能隨便進入因為前台改到五樓去了，還多了一個免費早餐！
主要更氣憤的就是我都還沒有退房，那時候才11:50多分，打掃阿姨就直接進來了，當時還在睡覺！我直接很氣憤的説有人還沒退房什也情況！他説以為沒人，以為退房了！

剛剛退房時前台小姑娘問我住的還可以嗎？我當時就説很好，實際真的很好，本來要訂豪華房的，前台推薦我訂了標準，我説我怕吵。房間很大，下雨天房間還是很香，看了一下放了香薰。幫我把衣服都洗乾淨了，香香的，早餐很好吃，早餐大姐人很好。有免費的停車場，退房時在前台掃一下停車碼，服務很好。下次還來
