The hotel facilities are top-notch with high standards. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. Parking was convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was also very quiet.

Basically it’s a clean and good quality hotel in an excellent location, at the centre of the city. And it’s good value for money given the price charged

The aircon of the room needs upgrading. It was too noisy and affecting my sleep. Was not able to sleep well because of the aircon.

Really bad wifi. That was a problem for a business trip. Other than that, the staff is very kind and, even though they don't speak English, they do their best to understand and solve problems. Very nice breakfast.

The overall service was good. The hotel is well-located in terms of access to shops, public transport and restaurants. The hotel has decent laundry and gym facilities. I did not use the hotel restaurant, so cannot comment on how it was. The housekeeping staff were excellent. I was not too happy using wi-fi is there was no secure connection (this was my only fault with this hotel). I would happily recommend this facility and would stay there again. Great value for money.

In this “international hotel” nobody speaks English. Room I’ve got had non-functional AC and vault was locked. We asked for room change and we’ve got another room where vault was locked. Nobody came even after two reminders and lot of wondering “no one arrived yet to unlock vault?” Room smelled after cigarettes even declared as “non smoking “ room. For me, sorry, never ever again.
