The customer service is very poor and the girl at the service counter was terrible at her job. I made a reservation and she refused to check me in. Someone helped me to check in but only because she was Chinese. No one came to clean the rooms and I ran out of soap in just one day. The girls that worked the front desk had a very poor attitude and when I asked for help they seemed inconvenienced and did not want to help me. I am very angry about my stay at this hotel and the workers were rude, lazy, and not wanting to work or help.

第一次遇到訂房間沒有Wìfì的，還要另外加10塊錢才有，馬桶蓋壞的，洗澡水流不出去，無語的是晚上快12點了一個老太太坐門口開視頻聲音開到最大，我出去問她怎麼做這裏看手機引，聲音有點吵，好了安靜一會兒又過來播放了，太無語了

比較安靜，睡起來舒服，前台還幫我換了大點的床，服務也很好，拖鞋很有年代感，晚起沒有車位，就停在步行街馬路邊上了

多次出差都來這住，入住不少於5次了，這次給差評。重要一點是等我沖涼完才發現沒毛巾浴巾，一身是水。上一次沒熱水壺，燒不了開水。問服務員説特價房是這樣的。我無語？？？？太度不算好。沒有下次入住的了

設施：
1:空調半天不製冷，開強勁風量室內温度才能感覺冷，但開了此功能晚上又能吵
2:不知是被子還是床墊枕頭，動的厲害顆粒物滿天飛，還好忍耐力較好，否則吸入多了對身體傷害大（ps：由於空房有限，同等價位的空房也沒所定的房間好就沒申請去更換）
服務：前台小姐姐服務很周到，問的問題都會給出很滿意的答案，這點很少酒店前台接待能做到
衞生：這方面中規中矩吧，基本在這個價位上的酒店來看算可以 看得過去。
