Response from Property: Dear guest, we sincerely regret that you were not satisfied with your stay! We take your comments very seriously, and our management team has immediately reviewed your stay. You booked a King-size bed room at the hotel's front desk on the evening of August 30th. Upon check-in, the front desk staff explained the smaller windows and recommended other rooms with larger windows. You and your companions selected this room after comparing them. From your arrival to your departure, we did not receive any feedback regarding your room dissatisfaction. At 5:30 PM on August 31st, you initiated a refund request through our platform. If you are dissatisfied with your room, even if you did not use it, you can contact the front desk to request a room change or check-out. Since your room was fully occupied and was a normal fulfillment order, we regret that we are unable to process a refund. Regarding your concerns, we have the following responses: 1. Regarding the yellowing of the bathroom floor and toilet, we immediately inspected the room and did not find the issues you mentioned. The hotel has been open for a year, and all facilities and equipment are relatively new, and we pay close attention to their maintenance. We take the issue you raised very seriously. We will pay more attention to maintenance in the future to avoid such situations. 2. The perfume smell you mentioned is the standard aromatherapy of our hotel brand. Since its opening, it has been very popular, and many customers have purchased it through the front desk. Maybe you personally don’t like this smell. If you visit the store next time, you can ask the front desk to lower the concentration. 3. The windows of the light room type are indeed smaller. It is the most cost-effective room type of Xiaokai. Our other room types all have floor-to-ceiling windows or large windows, and customers can choose freely from a variety of room types. In order to give customers a better stay experience, the hotel is equipped with a fresh air system to ensure air quality. Seeing that you commented that "the air feels bad" and "it feels not cleaned well", it may be because you have misunderstood Xiaokai during this stay. Xiaokai also gives you a suggestion.
