設施：設施方面比較老舊了，維也納酒店基本都是這個樣子。設備、裝修風格啥的各方面都是破破舊舊的，但總體入住還行。就是那個熱水器放了起碼得2分鐘才會出熱水，其他的也沒用到什麼設施，就比較老舊那個樣子。
衞生：衞生情況還是可以的，集團化標準。房間、床品什麼的都是挺到位的，睡覺不會覺得不舒服。
環境：環境一般吧，但是值得一提的是它的房間實在是太大了，太太太大了。非常好，這個價格有這種體驗很舒服。而且停車場車位非常多，停車也免費，完全Ok的。
服務：服務還可以，也沒有體驗到啥服務。這次是商務出行，這家很可以的，位置也不錯。

套房客廳的擺設與攜程上圖片完全不符，客廳衹有一張沙發，而且是爛的，桌子桌面也花了，房間地毯上塵感覺好多，懷疑沒吸塵！

前台的服務員都是一些年輕的小夥子和小姑娘，辦理入住的時候，就看到他們很忙，晚上回酒店的時候，也是沒閑着，但是給我的感覺是他們永遠充滿活力，熱情。他們有求必應，他們的活力熱情打動了我
