Hotel location is very convenient, a few hundred meters from the park. Room air conditioning cooling effect lever drops. Go to breakfast in the morning, there are many varieties of breakfast, children especially like the sausage for breakfast, crispy bone.

This hotel is really impressive! The rooms are clean and tidy, very warm and comfortable. The service staff are friendly and welcoming and respond quickly to our needs. The location is also very convenient, with many restaurants and attractions around. The overall experience was very pleasant and highly recommended for any traveler to this area!

The location is also relatively central. The room is of medium size, not noisy, and clean. The price is more than 100, which is pretty good. There are disposable earplugs, toilet gaskets, etc. that are more considerate.

Nice hotel in a good location. Quiet but surrounded by good eating choices. Very good Chinese breakfast with reasonable selection of Western food, too. Window can open and blackout curtains work very well. One power outlet is not switched off when the key is removed. Bed was firm. All staff interactions (house keeping, food and beverage, and front desk were positive. Concierge Edward was especially helpful in English. My only criticism (and this applies to hotels in most cities in China - Beijing and Shanghai excepted) is that ”non-smoking” rooms are a complete farce and chances are the previous occupants (and current neighbours) smoke and you will smell it, no matter how much room deodorant is used.

The front desk staff are very welcoming to guests. The hotel is equipped with a restaurant and a laundry room. Check-in is very convenient. The hotel is clean and hygienic. It is a good stay experience. I recommend everyone to stay.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

The scenery beside the hotel is beautiful, and it is very comfortable to walk by the river. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive. The view from the sky garden on the 6th floor is beautiful, the morning tea is delicious, and there are rabbits in the lobby. It is very comfortable to walk by the river. They are all very good, the bathroom also has a disposable toilet pad, very intimate. There is a big sign outside the arranged room blocking the window, so the light is not good. Another point is that the air conditioner has abnormal noises and will squeak from time to time. Free parking, parking spaces are quite a lot. The front desk clerk is also very enthusiastic~ There is a bus stop downstairs, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is only two stops from South China Mall.

I am very satisfied with the deluxe room type. The room is very intelligent and the settings are very user-friendly. It makes people feel like home, especially the bed, which is very comfortable to sleep on. Later, I asked the front desk and found out that the mousse mattress was great. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic. The initiative breakfast was also very good. There were many varieties. The rice noodle soup was also delicious. The gym on the tenth floor has a nice view. I recommend you go for a run. ,relax for a moment

Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English
