Very helpful staff who even help me to book a taxi when I was stranded at a location with the local access to book a taxi. Staff were enthusiastic to assist to the smallest details. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Location is good- near Speed train station and a lovely restaurants.

1. There is no table or shelf for suitcases in the room. 2. There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. Very inconvenient.

The room rate is not cheap and the ventilation is the worst. I booked two rooms, and there was a strong smell of smoke when I entered. The waiter told me that it would be better to turn on the exhaust, but when I turned off the switch at night, the exhaust was also turned off. I couldn't control the exhaust alone. I slept until midnight and was woken up by the smell of smoke. Bad review! ! ! After turning on the TV in the room, I accidentally pressed the child mode. I wanted to switch it back to the normal mode. I needed a password, but none of the waiters knew it!
