房間中規中矩 槽點主要在停車場的新能源充電 辦理入住時先問的前台能不能充電 答曰可以 停車場二樓是新能源充電樁 上去找樁充電 發現好像不行顯示樁離線 隔壁一個哥們説他試了三台樁都不行充不成 沒辦法走了，我又聯繫前台 前台説可以 派了個人過來，結果試遍了全場的充電樁每一個能用 期間充電口卡在車上取不下來 找樁上的鑰匙結果發現遺失 沒辦法最後用別的機器上的鑰匙取下來了 整個折騰了倆小時沒充成 派來兩個人都沒解決，八點辦入住 十點還沒充上，最後放棄去周邊找其他充電樁 結果都被燃油車佔著車位 最後找了個巨遠的地方充 回來都十二點了，生生折騰了四個小時，就想説 充電樁平時沒人維護嗎？充不成能不能早點告之 ？所以開電動車的朋友多多注意這個酒店的這個問題，希望你們能避免我的遭遇。

酒店設施陳舊，入住就發現電視是壞的，跟服務人員反映，説是之前就發現有問題一直沒有處理，結果到了第二天晚上還沒有人來處理，追問服務人員回覆説交代工程部的人了，但就是沒有再去過問落實，直到第三天晚上才解決，服務實在是太不到位。

房間乾淨衞生，服務熱情，贈送了免費早餐，設施還是維也納酒店的水平，環境基本符合東方市城市建設的水平吧。停車場大且方便，就是旁邊就是建築工地，有點亂。
