They said that if you change a room, I said that we have used it and don’t waste resources anymore. She said that she must report it to the superiors. But when I left the store the next day, the service desk didn't say anything, not even an apology! I was fortunate to talk about my feelings on the platform, and it was to promote the work of this hotel! I don't understand how such a 4 star hotel is managed, because of this I stayed for a day and immediately left the hotel.

good service! value! After booking, I asked the hotel if I could pick me up at the station. The manager drove his own car to pick me up. I was moved! The little details warmed me up. In the afternoon, I gave cold drinks that looked like Hey Tea, and there were mineral water and small desserts in the corridor. The design of the hotel is full of sense, and the bistro on the first floor has a good atmosphere. After sitting down for a while, the manager even gave me a beer. I was worried that it would be noisy, but the room couldn't hear it at all, maybe it was in the back. There is also laundry detergent in the room, which is hygienic and clean. For me who travels frequently, it is rare to find such a small hotel with such a feeling! !
