Ikigai Green Valley Beach Resort

Very helpful staff. We got the two bedroom penthouse for £64 a night. Lovely pool. Excellent Goan food in the restaurant. Can’t say we liked the beach or the tourist vibe in the bay. But the Ikigia is a proper Indian hotel and 2 or 3 self contained days here on the way back from the more chilled out beaches way down in south Goa (AGONDA!!) could be a good bet

Very good Staff and good food as well yummy like home rooms are neet and clean and housekeeping staff is also very good as well as banquet staff so near to beach also beach is very fabulous and very nice feel

We had stayed in this Resort for 3 nights very clean and soothing, we were welcomed very nice all the receptionist were very much helpful with each and every thing they upgraded our room so we can accommodate easily and our stay was very much satisfying. No doubt property is little old and need renovation but apart from that staffs, the food and the services were in top notch. Hop the next visit of Goa in this resort will be much more remarkable and satisfying.

Very good resort specially staff are very good they are very humble ,room near and clean ,beach also near by hardly 100 mtr from the property I would recommend this property to my friends and will come back soon

It was an amazing stay staying in the resort staffs were so humble and decent. Mr. Sinha was very helpful and polite. The resort is located near the beach rooms were clean and the food was very tasty and delicious. Thank you for making our vacation special

These guys are robbers, rude! DON’T GO THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SPOIL YOUR VACATIONS! They overcharged us for the things we didn’t even get and when we asked them for detailed bill, they simply abused us. The ***ager and whole staff ks very rude and their boss is a mafia.

It was a wonderful stay and family time we had at Green valley beach resort! The best part of this resort is that the beach is at walking distance and would like to mention Employee Mr.Krishna for his personable and seamless services which was full of warmth and took good care of me and my family! Stayed at the property for a week. Booked the penthouse and it was just amazing. The hospitality was very personalised and we were almost made feel at home. Mr.Anandraj Paul was very helpful with practically everything. Mr.Sujith served us the hot meals everytime we went to the restaurant. All other staff was also super friendly and the stay was amazing. Must visit. 5 star .

We booked for the three days and wanted to have a late check-out. We asked for a two-hour late check-out and were informed that it will cost us Rs 1,500 for two hours and Rs 2,000 for three hours. We don't have a choice but to pay them for which we were not provided any bill. After the check-out, we were waiting at the reception for our taxi and we were made felt unwanted. The AC temperature was increased and was asked when would leave the property. We had ordered a meal for ourselves as the restaurant was closed. We asked for space to have the meal and we were provided with the transport desk even when the restaurant was next to it. When our taxi arrived, no one helped us with the luggage. I ***** with my wife loaded three suitcases by ourselves. Due to this bad behavior, I forgot my sling bag at the travel desk. Mid way to the airport when we realized, we called the hotel to keep it safe. In 15 mins, when I reached the hotel, I found the bag was unattened. Just a message to the ***agement : Guest are still your guest even after they check-out.
