We cancelled a confirmed and fully paid room for New Year's Eve from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026! We flew in from far away to celebrate New Year's at this hotel. We paid everything in advance and received confirmation of our reservation and payment. Then, on December 31, 2025, at lunchtime, we were shocked to learn that our reservation had been cancelled and our money would not be refunded. Not only was my New Year's Eve ruined, but also my engagement. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend on New Year's Eve. They ruined all our plans, which we had been preparing for a month.
