It’s a perfect stay for the Qatar Asian Junior Tournament! It’s only 8 mins from the amazing venue and a bus running in between the venue and the hotel. The rooms was well equipped and the hotel is very close to the City Centre mall for goods and food. The hotel offers free beach access card too

A luxurious and clean hotel that provides everything a visitor needs. Free parking is available in the basement in addition to outdoor parking. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was quick. It is close to City Center Mall. Tea, kettle and mineral water are available. In addition, a safety box, slippers, bath towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, clothes hangers and a prayer rug. The bathroom walls are transparent glass, equipped with curtains that can be raised or lowered. The toilet inside the bathroom has a frosted glass door.

This is the best hotel located in West Bay, Doha, Qatar. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, the view was great, and I was satisfied with everything.

Something happened today. I was in the room at 8:30 pm local time. The doorbell rang twice. Before I could open the door, the door was pushed open. Two people in cleaning clothes saw me in the room , I closed the door, I opened the door again, I asked them what was the matter, they said cleaning, I said no need, besides, the room has already been cleaned, why didn’t they come to clean it at 8:30 in the evening, I don’t understand. I went down to the front desk to explain the situation, and the front desk said they would tell their manager. I will come to explain the situation to Ctrip customer service next time. Ctrip customer service also pays special attention to this problem. It was early in the morning in China at that time. With the efforts of Ctrip customer service, the matter was resolved. Thank you very much Ctrip customer service.

Overall, my experience was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement: The check-in process was smooth, but it lacked energy and warmth. The receptionist seemed disengaged and didn’t smile, which made the experience feel just ordinary. Additionally, I had an issue with the room service. When I called, the staff member was talking to colleagues while I was on the line, which felt quite unprofessional. Upon asking for a menu, I was informed that there was no hard copy or digital menu available, either in the room or on the TV. Even the options listed on the TV were unavailable. The staff offered to verbally list the available items, but unfortunately, the choices were very limited, with only around 5 to 10 items, including biryani. This left me feeling disappointed, especially since I was looking forward to more variety. On the positive side, the room was comfortable, and I especially loved the bathtub. Housekeeping was also quick and efficient, which I appreciated. I hope this feedback will help improve future guest experiences.

Hotel staff are kind and very friendly, especially Ibrahim, who always helps guests with a smile on his face. Rooms are big with comfy beds.and maintain clean. The hotel is very close to the City Center wherein you can go shopping and dine in.

Staffs were attentive. Breakfast was great. Facilities - good! Tried the Jacuzzi, it was fantastic (+ the view) Specifically thanks to Fatimah (TASTE) and Ibrahim for providing us the good hospitality. Will be back and hope to see them again :)

I felt confuse about how to use the elevators. When I step out of it, I have to look for board to show No. of my room. Lost for direction and restaurant. Another way, the room is very nice, good view. Staff are kind and polite. Food are various. I will choose here if I will be back.

Everything was good here. Comfy stay. Privacy. Breakfast was great. Great ambience. Room so spacious and really good for family too. Overall nice place to stay. Mall within walking distance. Restaurants are plenty to choose. Carrefour was huge ass.

This hotel has the Worst customer service, the Staff is controlling what hotel guest should do or go to after they get a service from the hotel. I don’t feel like i’m welcome there at all, Since i like to get my coffee there in the morning and go outside the hotel for few hours, The head of security told me its not allowed and i quote: “Take your coffee and your car with you” Its my first time treated like this in all hotels and i’m not satisfied.

My birthday dinner at Taste Restaurant in Dusit Doha Hotel was truly unforgettable. The buffet menu was impressive, with a wide variety of dishes, mainly for vegetarian options to choose from. The location was incredibly private and quiet, making it feel like we had booked the entire restaurant for ourselves. The hotel staff, especially Shine, Giri, and Adhi, were incredibly accommodating and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special, even surprising me with a complimentary slice of birthday cake with a personalized name in it and in fact, the cake was delicious, and it was a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend Taste Restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great stay, easy access to the ocean and amazing hospitality by Joseph and Alexander. So friendly and helpful, ✨ The design of the hotel is stunning. It was easy to get to Lusail and other areas close to West Bay. I would definitely try and come back iA. :)
