Iris Hotel & Thalasso

We stayed there 3 nights, very well, clean, located next to everything, coffee, bar, resto, discotheque, exchange, spice ..... The room is large, beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The pool is large and clean, I could even pick up one head at this year period ... However, I didn't test meals. I enjoyed my stay very much, I'll return inshallah .....
Dar Jerba Narjess

This hotel is a 4 star nightmare. Disgusting food that is literally garbage (liver and fish heads are served during all lunches and dinners). The whole hotel complex is falling apart and in ruins, I had to have my room changed 3 times before it was clean, without mold, rust in the bathtub or bugs. The last room I got was acceptable, but maybe for a 2-star hotel, although the plaster fell on my head, but that was still an improvement. Of course, I will not mention that all the room changes were for a bribe at the reception. The pool was also full of debris, the public toilets in a hellish condition. The willingness of the staff here is insane. There are 3 employees who are very nice but the rest are unpleasant and rude. I'm glad I went to the hotel with a travel agency, so I applied for a 100% refund. I've already traveled halfway around the world, and I'm not a picky and spoiled person. But if I'm going to pay for a 2 star hotel in a third world country, I'm ready for that and I'll pack accordingly. But if you pay for a 4-star hotel where you are afraid to eat because you know what would happen in the toilet, that is very bad.
El Mouradi Djerba Menzel

I spent a week at Mouradi Djerba Menzel and it was the best holiday ever. Especially the food and animation team ☺️☺️ every day another show and the best dancers: Aladin and Simo in every shows we have been seen:) All people there are very friendly and you can enjoy and join to many of the various activities during a whole day. I do recommed it and for sure I will come back here:)
Hotel Venice Beach- Families and Couples Only

The staff are very welcoming, the food was varied however there was a queue for hot dishes, for crux who have the all inclusive soft formula a cafeteria is at your disposal until 11 p.m. to serve hot drinks (Coffees, teas) and cold (Juices and soft drinks). The rooms are clean and the maid service comes every day to do the cleaning. There was entertainment at night. Regarding sports activities, we did aquagym in the swimming pool with a coach, basketball and arrow throwing. There are two swimming pools and a third for small children. For those who want to go to the beach, you have to leave the hotel and walk 3 minutes and there was a party reserved for the Venice Beach hotel.

Les Jardins de Toumana
4.1/535 Reviews
Quiet and relaxing establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The concept of ”tapas” and ”à la carte” dishes offered at the restaurant of the establishment are really great to discover new flavors accompanied by good Tunisian wines. The proposed buffet is still to try. The apartments are pleasantly spacious and well equipped. The private beach with snack / bar is only a five minute walk away, a real treat. The pool and deckchairs are excellent for a nice nap in the sun. Small plus beach towels / pools are provided free of charge. Small minus the laundry service of the establishment is really worth reviewing.  Excursions, sometimes at exorbitant rates will also be offered by ”staff”. Negotiation is integral to the success of these. In short ... A very nice first experience in Tunisia.
