The hotel has poor hardware and software. I booked a small suite, but the structure was very strange, especially the shower room, which had no door and no shelter. The floor was wet after taking a shower. Did they sacrifice functionality for the sake of design? The bed was also very uncomfortable, and the quilt was too small. The service was even worse. First of all, the waiters in the restaurant did not speak English, and it was super difficult to communicate. I got up early the next morning, and the elevator was not open. I finally walked up the stairs to the first floor, and the gym was not open (no one reminded me when I checked in that the gym was not open 24 hours). I wanted to find someone to ask what time the gym would open, but I couldn't find anyone. Is there no one on duty in the entire hotel?

The hotel is something special - lots of design and at first you're a bit overwhelmed, but there are lots of details that you discover over time :-) It was almost like a holiday, even if only for one night - a drink on the terrace in the sunshine - breakfast in the morning The staff are all just good and make the stay very pleasant. The quiet location (the construction site next door is not noticeable at weekends) and yet the proximity to the great town of Dinkelbühl make the whole thing perfect.
