Dinkelbühl is a very beautiful and romantic old city.
Meiser design hotel is a very modern and fashional hotel. And have absolutly no complaints about the service, food pr cleaning.
My only complaint, that is probably just a personal thing.
They seem to sell a lot of sented candles, in the reception.
And there is a very intens smell of perfume, when you enter the hotel.
Luckily the smell do not reach the rooms, or even the restaurant.

Low service by check in.
Low service on cleaning.
A hotel where the level of service just keep going down. Bin there 15-20 times. Unfortunately the service has just been going down. On top of that you recive a mail from the hotel after check out. Trying to give the a serious evaluation, but the don’t even bather to answer.
Will I stay there again? Properly not

Our stay at the Meiser Design Hotel was a very pleasant one. Their facility was surprisingly modern and their staff provided excellent service through out. We were specially impressed by the level ov service we encounter both inside the dinning areas and the outdoor sitting areas. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special while we were there. Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced in Europe or for that mare any of the other hotels we have stayed in the USA , Central and South America.

Strange location on a building site outside town.
Overload of “design” in lobby. Maximalist to the point of tasteless.
Rooms are attractive but minimum amenities and zero guest niceties. Request for a robe was met with a charge. For a 4 star hotel it is very basic and using “eco” to withdraw basic requirements is just tight.
Breakfast however was very good.
