住了幾次這個酒店，體驗感都不錯，索性每次回定安都會訂這家酒店，反而這一次的體驗真是垃圾差得不行，這個價格的酒店在定安是非常好的酒店了，可是服務和環境真的太垃圾了，提前致電告訴有帶嬰兒入住儘量安排安靜乾淨衞生好的房間，可是入住當天房間的衞生讓人噁心，牆壁發黴，床單有血跡，地板磚壞走路差點割到腳，房間味道太臭，衞生間也很臟，前台服務員意識太差，作為服務行業無論酒店咋樣，最基本的服務意識都沒有，不懂主動問候客人，這樣的酒店在定安還不如一百兩百的服務都比住這家酒店好。
