Had a great stay! Perfect for our family. It was just 1km away from An Bang's beach town area (convenience shops, restaurants etc). Its the closest already for this type of resort. Can either walk or use the resort bicycles (free). We took Grab to Hoi An which was only around 10-15mins drive. We stayed in room 2215 which is right next to the lift & we find it easier for us with the baby stroller & stuff. This room is spacious too. We love the bed too. Everything seems to be pretty new in the interior although the exterior is due for some TLC due to the proximity to the ocean. Staffs are friendly although can't speak English well. They try their best. The resort is quiet as compared to bustling Hoi An, so, its good for relaxation.

Stayed 7 nights on a package deal. Apparently opened not long before covid and reopened a year ago. Modern luxury place right on beach. Consists of modern reasonable size hotel type rooms plus separate villas of various sizes. Spacious high end foyer area welcomes you as does helpful efficient staff. Beautiful well designed and maintained garden areas. Long pool area consisting of 4 separate pools including a couple for toddlers and small children lead down to beach front. Nice grassy shaded beach area set up right on beach which is patrolled by resort lifeguards. Restaurant has excellent food and service and there is a separate bistro next to pool with a reduced menu. Package deals including meals have a set menu with reduced offerings that does get a bit repetitive after 7 days. Strangely they combine the vegetarian and gluten free menu, so all gluten free offerings are vegetarian however the kitchen will amend other dishes to gluten free dishes if possible. The place is comparatively pricey for Vietnam. The hotel is almost in the middle between Danang & Hoian town centres, about 200k dong each way to both by grab (local uber) or 300k by taxi, which leads to my only issue with this place. They offer 3 daily shuttles to Danang,( return 115k dong) but if it's busy they don't run the shuttle and won't run if only one booking, so you can't rely on it. The clothes storage in the rooms for an extended stay is also a bit awkward. Overall very pleasant stay in a high end place with well trained efficient and friendly staff Shoutout to Hoa and Ninh in the restaurant who should be managers there by the time we hopefully can return.

this is a brand new hotel resort near the Hoian ancient old town with beautiful swimming pool, beach and landscape. We felt very comfortable and happy in this hotel resort with wonderful experience. Though there is little defect in room but it could be solved promptly and immediately by the manager ( Mr. Vien) with our room upgraded as well. We are highly impressed by the service of the hotel's staff. Everyone is very helpful. We will definitely visit this hotel again when we come to Hoi An next time

We stayed here with a group of 3 total families in 3 separate villas for 4 days, 3 nights, and it was one of the best vacations to date! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Blaise, the General Manager, and his wonderfully trained team of hospitality professionals. Even before we arrived, we were contacted by Tin from Concierge and he advised that we pre-order our lunch menu so that we could check-in, and then go eat at the restaurant. Everything was perfectly timed and synchronized which was really important for us since we have 2 infants who are only 5 months old and they are following a strict sleeping schedule - so in turn, it's important that we follow a schedule to accommodate the babies. The food was FANTASTIC! So many great options, and John Oh, the Executive Sous Chef even went out of his way to prepare a special Korean set menu for us on our last night. It was like we were having a feast in a premium restaurant in Seoul, but were actually in Hoi An, Vietnam enjoying this meal. Breakfast, Lunch, and all the meals were wonderful, and we probably ate more than we should since it was so good. The Director of Food & Beverage, Sudhir, was also always around and super accommodating making small talk, asking us how we were doing, giving us advice on what we could do in terms of activities, and also incredibly personable. Monica, Tin, Thao in the business center, and so many more team members here offered 5-star+++ customer service with a smile, and a genuine caring mindset. This is one of our favorite hotels that we have stayed in during our travels throughout all of Vietnam, and definitely a most memorable trip. This is also a VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY resort. With our twin 5-month old babies, they offered us more than just the standard cribs. They had baby monitors, baby bottle warmers, baby bottle sanitizers, baby bath robes, and so much more! Even gave us books for us to read to them at night time. We can't wait to return, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this quiet paradise of a getaway to any and all visitors. The only area of improve and this is not on the hotel staff, but more of the hotel design so not sure how much can be done about it - it is not really handicap or baby friendly in terms of getting around in the common areas such as the pool, restaurants, etc. Specifically, there are no ramps only stairs so we had to push our babies in the strollers then pick them up and carry them up and down the stairs. What a great way to start the 2022 Year of the Tiger!

The environment is great for traveling, the service staff are excellent and sincere, and the breakfast is diverse and rich, including Japanese set meals and Cantonese-style European buffet! ! ! The entertainment facilities are diverse and the environment is clean and tidy. The swimming pool is divided into areas for adults and children, so you can play with confidence. The sports facilities for children are well protected, so parents and children can come here. The most important thing is that communication is not difficult. The service staff here can speak both Chinese and English. I highly recommend this five-star hotel. I was deeply impressed by the experience. The room experience was also excellent. Exquisite chocolates and small paper cranes were thoughtfully prepared for each guest. The lobby on the first floor is a quiet, cool and airy place for rest.

Breakfast is very good! The service staff is very welcoming and knows a little Chinese. The hotel location is a golf course and the environment is very beautiful and clean. It is a bit far from the city, about 10 kilometers, but it is convenient to rent a motorcycle for 2 kilometers.
