Formby Hotel provides a decent stay with a convenient location. However, it would be nice if they offered a buffet-style breakfast. The rooms could also be a bit cleaner with a fresher scent. Additionally, there were no staff present during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. If the price were a little lower, it would be perfect. The hotel restroom design is very poor! Wrong door opening position! Placing it next to the bed will disturb other guests when going to the bathroom at night. The worst thing is to use a glass door! It is clearly visible from outside when people inside are using the toilet or taking a shower 😂😂😂. It would be very embarrassing if father and daughter, mother and son, or brother and sister share a room! I didn’t expect there is such a hotel design in Australia!

Lovely reception agents, helpful services. Parking slightly pricey considering it is one of the only local options other than even more expensive parking lots but apart from that happy with service and a lovely clean, comfortable hotel with a cute little gym.
