Chutian Guangdong International Hotel

Our overall stay was excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded our room for convenience. When we arrived with a lot of luggage, the duty manager, Ms. Liu, proactively helped us carry it to our room. The hotel window directly faces the Hubei Provincial Museum, which was incredibly convenient for our visit the next day (it's probably the closest hotel to the museum). The 'Encountering Goujian's Sword' performance provided by the hotel was also stunning, feeling like a historical flashback. Because the hotel is just a short walk through an underpass to the Provincial Museum, we were able to enter early and experience almost all the key treasures and performances throughout the day (I've included some photos of Goujian's Sword, Fuchai's Spear, and other exquisite artifacts). Later, we accidentally left a bag at the hotel, and the front desk staff, Xiao Xing, patiently and meticulously helped us locate it. She even went the extra mile to arrange for a delivery service to safely return the bag to us. Overall, our experience was that the hotel is very reputable, safe, quiet, and clean, and the service quality is excellent. We will definitely consider Chutian Yuehai first for our next visit to the Provincial Museum. 👍

This hotel is right next to the Hubei Provincial Museum; you can reach its north gate by just going through an underpass. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. The parking lot had plenty of spaces, and electric vehicle charging was available downstairs. Breakfast was varied, and while the hotel facilities were average, they were well-maintained. There's also a self-service laundry where you can scan a QR code to reserve a washer and dryer, and free detergent is provided.

This well-known hotel next to the Provincial Museum was a must-visit for me. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Manager Yao handled it promptly and thoughtfully, which I really appreciated. Since my child was taking a key exam, they arranged a quiet room for us. The room was spacious, and the TV had a large screen with separate 'cable TV' and 'internet TV' buttons on the remote, which was very user-friendly. You could scan a QR code in the room to book laundry service. The laundry room on the 6th floor was clean and bright, and right outside the door was an outdoor drying area. Our clothes were drying outside, and when it started raining, I rushed back to retrieve them, only to find that an attendant had already brought them inside and hung them up. I was very grateful for that. The buffet is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast spread was extensive. I tried the Wuhan hot dry noodles, beef noodles, and wontons, all of which were authentic and delicious. My child, who usually has a poor appetite, raved about the plain congee and the preserved egg and lean pork congee. The Western options like bacon, bread, and blueberry jam were also excellent and offered a rich flavor. I even saw several foreign tourists while eating, making it feel quite international. It was raining when we checked out, and the staff thoughtfully allowed our car to pull up directly and even helped with our luggage. It was a really heartwarming gesture!

It was alright. The first time I came, the pool wasn't open, so I checked out and went to another hotel. This time, the pool was open, but the hours were short, only until 9 PM. They do have a self-service laundry room, which is why I chose this place. One downside of the hotel is that there are no shops or restaurants nearby. It feels like the kind of place you'd book for a conference or a study trip. To get to a large mall for food, you have to take the subway quite a distance.

The front desk staff, especially Mili, was absolutely wonderful! She was so sincere, polite, and her service was incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was very comfortable. Big thumbs up to Mili! The breakfast was also excellent and offered a great variety, including some delicious Wuhan local specialties. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from the Hubei Provincial Museum and Art Gallery, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. We were even given a complimentary welcome fruit platter, and the customer service staff were warm and attentive.
