An amazing experience! I stayed here for New Year's Eve, and though I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, my actual stay was fantastic. The New Year's Eve premium wasn't much higher than nearby guesthouses. Facilities: I expected them to be old, but they were actually quite new. The decor had a great aesthetic, a style I personally really liked. The room had a bathtub and a mini-bar with a good selection of snacks. The breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious. I didn't get to try the late-night congee because it was all finished by the time I got back from the New Year's Eve activities. There wasn't great coordination with the park on that front. The electric curtain got stuck and ripped when I tried to close it, which gave me quite a fright – I almost thought I'd be dealing with a compensation dispute on the first day of the new year. When I mentioned it at check-out, the front desk immediately said it was fine and they'd fix it. That earned them major brownie points. Hygiene: No issues, very clean. Environment: Its main advantage is convenience; it's very close to the park, which was much needed given the cold weather and New Year's Eve. Service: Excellent! The front desk lady even gave me some cookies.

Room type: Very satisfied with the stay, excellent soundproofing, and the room was thoughtfully decorated. Cleanliness: The room, restaurant, and reception area were all very clean. Dining: The complimentary afternoon tea was exquisite, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good; the children ate very well. Activities: The highlight was the arranged parent-child activities, but unfortunately, I didn't take any photos. I really liked them. The pool was also very clean. Bringing the children here was relaxing and fulfilling. Highly recommended, I'll come again next time.
