Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

During the Spring Festival, the hotel is located on the east side of Gaozhuang Scenic Area. It is very good to be quiet in the middle of noisy. It is also a 10-minute walk to the night market, which is very convenient. Rented a car, because it is a holiday, although parking in the basement is free, but the parking space is very tight, the car skills should be paid attention to. Hotel service is very nice, because there are elderly people who are afraid of walking, the hotel front desk uses a car to help us to the night market. Booked 3 rooms, but our room type problem, the bathroom and shower room have no solid wall partition, is transparent glass, this is inconvenient with children. The other 2 rooms are ok. Before coming to Xishuangbanna, I had always been indifferent to many internet celebrity hotels in Gaozhuang, and even hesitated whether to stay in Gaozhuang. It wasn't until I saw the Shunde family and stayed here for three days and two nights that I realized that this was the most correct decision for this trip. The hotel has a lot of history. We drank tea and chatted with the owner, and our impetuous feeling faded away. It is worth mentioning that the quality of the hotel's bedding is very good, and I sleep peacefully every day. In the morning, I also experienced the coffee in the B&B teahouse, which was also great ~ I recommend that everyone who travels to Banna must spend two days here to live a slow life. This will be one of the best memories in Banna.

Stayed at the Rensheng Hotel in Banna. It is located on the top of the mountain. The mountain is very cool and the scenery is also very good. The whole hotel is high-end, quiet and private. 😍All rooms are stand-alone with outdoor swimming pools. The rooms are also surrounded by various tropical plants. It really feels like living in the jungle. In the evening, you can swim while watching the sunset. You can also overlook the Xishuangbanna city and the Xingguang Night Market. You will know how romantic this feeling is only after you stay here. 💕 - The hotel is a little far from the city. But it provides meals, coffee and drinks. The view of the restaurant is beautiful. It feels like a cliff restaurant. You can go to the restaurant in the afternoon. You can have a drink here and relax. You can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The food is fusion cuisine, and the taste is quite good. 📷After dinner, you can go back to the room to take pictures. The infinity pool is paired with the sunset. It is really beautiful. The next day, I woke up to see the whole mountain view. The breakfast is also very exquisite. - The room is very large and the supporting facilities are very complete. The toiletries are of good quality. 💿The most surprising thing is that there is a record player to listen to music. The hotel staff are also very patient and enthusiastic. You will not be bored staying here all day. It is so comfortable that you can forget all your worries. 💯

The location is very good. It is opposite the Big Buddha Temple. The hotel is OK. The positioning is quite high, but there are more areas for improvement. My room sink is a bit leaky. Others are fine. The bed is very comfortable. Health is OK. The hotels in Xishuangbanna are like this. Don't think about the price/performance ratio. More comparisons. It is recommended to choose a brand hotel for the elderly with children.

Overall good reviews, the B&B is small but beautiful. There are many small roads in Gaozhuang, and the hotel provides valet parking service which is very good. When meeting guests, they always ask and provide yogurt, white fungus and other drinks, which is very considerate. However, breakfast is a regular meal. If children want it, they need to pay extra. Also, please note that there are spider webs on the roof of the guest room. In addition, the so-called garden view room is facing the street. Yes, it was not the peak season when I checked in and it was not noisy.

Sometimes I really want this kind of comfortable reality to stay here forever. If you can't control the movement of time, just feel the present. Back to the experience of the Dai costumes given by the hotel, the quality is completely different from the twenty or thirty yuan ones in Gaozhuang. Even if you take pictures in the hotel, you can take pictures very well. You don't have to go to Gaozhuang to squeeze in the crowds, and you don't have to go there to queue up for those fixed camera positions like grabbing discounted vegetables at Caishikou. You can sleep well after a day of playing, because the hotel is also very quiet because it is in the mountains. If you can't sleep at night, you can walk by the swimming pool.
