Excellent
MMeirenjiaoThis is a classic luxury hotel in Hong Kong, and its service absolutely trumps other five-star hotels. From the moment you step in, the welcoming staff make you feel incredibly respected. Every service member at this hotel is exceptionally professional. Although the hotel is older, the rooms have all been refurbished and are very modern, impeccably clean, luxurious, and comfortable. Always trust Mandarin Oriental—you deserve it!

EExplorer2023It is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong I have visited. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Everything is down to the details. The room is big with a huge bathtub. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was great. Highly recommended.

WWill_emThe hotel boasts a unique design and an excellent location right next to the Peak Tram and Hong Kong Park. There's a covered walkway that leads directly to Pacific Place, Central, and even IFC, which is fantastic for navigating in any weather. I was pleasantly surprised by the N3 room type I booked through a Ctrip promotion, which included lounge access. The breakfast was outstanding – from the à la carte options like steak, salmon, and various toasts to the high-quality pastries at the buffet, it's easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktails at Cassia lounge were incredibly enjoyable and truly unlimited, with a wonderfully quiet and exclusive atmosphere. The N3 king room is a spacious 50 square meters, offering plenty of room, plus a large shower area and a smart toilet, all contributing to a great experience. Housekeeping and turn-down service were also very professional. While the gym equipment is limited, the views from the window are decent. Aside from a minor hiccup with delayed luggage delivery to the room upon check-in, my overall stay was excellent.

GGuest UserHong Kong K11 ARTUS Harbour Two-Bedroom Suite Overall Rating: 9.2/10 Location: Tsim Sha Tsui's top-tier artistic serviced apartments, a prime choice for families/friends traveling together. ✅ Key Highlights (Reasons to Choose) • Unbeatable Victoria Harbour Sea View Approximately 90–128㎡, 270° floor-to-ceiling windows + connecting balcony, high floors offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, the Central skyline, and the nightly 'Symphony of Lights' show. Master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room all boast sea views; you can enjoy the ocean from bed or sofa. • Expansive Space + Two Bathrooms Two bedrooms and one living room (1 king bed + 2 single beds), two independent bathrooms, ensuring privacy for family/friends. Includes a walk-in closet, a rare find at this price point in Hong Kong. • Fully Equipped with High-End Appliances (Great for both long and short stays) ◦ Smeg open-plan kitchen (hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine) ◦ Miele washing machine + dryer ◦ Frette bedding, Lelabo toiletries, smart toilet, 49-inch TV + sound system ◦ Complimentary MiniBar (drinks + snacks) • Immersive Artistic Atmosphere Art pieces throughout the apartment, common areas resemble an art gallery; the 10th-floor art library is perfect for photos. • Location + Convenience On the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, with direct access to K11 MUSEA downstairs; within walking distance to the Avenue of Stars and the Star Ferry. ⚠️ Minor Drawbacks (Consider carefully if these bother you) • High Price: Commands top luxury prices in Hong Kong, value for money is average. • Mediocre Dining: Breakfast/meal quality is below the average for five-star hotels. • Inconsistent Service: Some front desk staff can be a bit cold. • No Traditional Swimming Pool: The outdoor infinity pool is on the smaller side. ✅ Ideal for • Family Travel (2 adults, 2 children/elderly): Large space, two bathrooms, option to cook. • Friends/Colleagues Traveling Together: Good privacy, shared sea views. • Long Stays/Short-Term Rentals: Laundry + kitchen, offering a strong sense of home. • Art/Photography/Sea View Enthusiasts: Extremely high photo opportunities. ✅ Summary K11 ARTUS Harbour Two-Bedroom Suite = Panoramic Victoria Harbour views + Artistic Luxury Decor + Family-sized Space + Five-Star Service. In Tsim Sha Tsui, it has virtually no competitors at the same price point offering sea views + two bathrooms + a large kitchen. If your budget allows and you prioritize views and space → Book without hesitation; if you seek exceptional dining/service → you might compare with The Regent or The Peninsula.

IINAN_lIt's definitely pricey, but we booked two rooms for two nights and it was understated luxury all the way. The rooms start at 53sqm, with 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning sea views. The bedding was incredibly soft, and amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and Nespresso coffee machine were all top-notch. The marble bathroom featured a window-side bathtub – soaking while enjoying the night view was incredibly therapeutic. The service was attentive, with turndown service including an aromatic tea. The high-level infinity pool had breathtaking views, and with 11 restaurants, including two Michelin-starred ones, it was a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes. Absolutely fantastic!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with great amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. Their service efficiency is top-notch; even though I arrived before check-in time, they proactively offered to take care of my luggage without me even asking. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and very close to K11. Also, don't miss the restaurant on the 38th floor—the view is breathtaking! I will definitely stay here again

AAnonymous UserHotel near Wong Chuk Hang MTR in Hong Kong. It's right next to Ocean Park. This place is truly a hidden gem, offering excellent value for money! We booked a sea-view room, but unfortunately, we arrived during a typhoon, so the sea view wasn't as spectacular as it could have been. Nevertheless, the room was spacious, the price was reasonable, and the service was good! I'll definitely be back!

GGuest Userlove this hotel! i had wanted to stay in this hotel for the longest time and this round, at my first stay, it didnt disappoint me. They gave me a free upgrade of room type over the counter, probably becos it's my first time staying with them, and it was an exceptional experience! Given the constraints of land in HK, hotel rooms are usually rather small, but mine was rather huge, with a foyer, decent wardrobe and a walk in bathroom with standalone tub, the full panel glass window overlooked the Wanzai Convention Centre which was my destination of visits during the stay, love the space i was given so i can pack my luggage and my loots comfortably. The bed was super comfortable too! The only downside is probably the lack of space within the hotel itself, i did not opt for their breakfast (and didnt managed to check out the spread), it's a vertical estate. Nonetheless, the services by the crew, the room, and everything else made up for that. Will definitely be coming back again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise! From the moment I walked in, I felt the cool vibe of the whole place. The room had an industrial style but still felt chic, and it was super spacious compared to other hotels in the same category. The bathroom design was incredibly stylish, with a luxurious yet tasteful feel, and they even provided Le Labo 33 toiletries. I also really liked the Brita eco-friendly water pitcher in the room – so practical and convenient. The location is great too, just a five-minute walk to the subway, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops downstairs, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping.

AAB&JessThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Wan Chai MTR station. It took us about half an hour to get there from West Kowloon Station. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat and shop right downstairs. The room itself is very spacious, especially for Hong Kong standards! I searched high and low to find a twin room with two 1.2-meter beds like this, and it's definitely worth the price, haha! They even gave us complimentary drinks at the sky bar, which my friend and I enjoyed in the evening. The bedding was really comfortable, and it was so quiet that my girlfriend and I actually slept for 12 hours straight, completely missing breakfast! The mini-bar is a paid service, though.
