Amazing
SSom-0Our stay at Madi Paidi was nothing short of exceptional — a true five-star experience from the welcome drinks to check-out. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Their attentiveness and warmth were beyond anything we expected.
When my son became unwell during our stay, the team didn’t hesitate to offer to drive us to the doctor and continued to check in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.
By our second morning, the staff already knew our preferred breakfast drinks — a small but thoughtful touch that speaks volumes about their service. The hotel itself is stunning: immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and wonderfully intimate. The boutique size gave it a warm, homely feel — a perfect retreat!
After we settled in on our first night, they surprised us by offering a larger room to more comfortably accommodate our family of four, at no extra cost. Talk about going above and beyond.
Location-wise, it’s fantastic. Big shopping malls like Emporium and Terminal 21 are just a couple of BTS Skytrain stops away, and there are plenty of 7-Elevens, local restaurants, pharmacies, and massage places all within walking distance.
We will absolutely be returning the next time we’re in Bangkok. If you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with truly outstanding service, Madi Paidi is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing
JJoey 911From my 3rd experience with St Regis Bangkok, this time I felt more improvement on the service which is more care and warm for checking in or especially the earthquake happened. Last few times, I don’t feel that the team around or care . So l went to Rosewood before was better. But this time I totally change my mind , I will stay again with st Regis . Anyway , I need to thank you the team that they arranged all for guest after earthquake. We all felt very warm and comfortable. Especially the F & B director I think is western who arrange some good for us . As the time most of them haven’t got lunch yet , it’s very professional. And one of the girl which is working in kitchen , she brought me her apron for cover my legs, thanks for her care. I really appreciated for St Regis team , they done it very well & professional. Thanks again.

Great
EEmma PanStayed at The Standard Bangkok and really enjoyed the room—super comfy bed and pillows, with an amazing city view and the housekeeping team was excellent, keeping the room clean and comfortable. A definite highlight of the stay was the complimentary Sky Bar visit on the 78th floor, which offers absolutely stunning views of the Bangkok skyline.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a letdown. Despite 7–8 staff at the counters at the point of check in, it took almost 45 minutes to get checked in—not what you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre.
Also worth noting: the hotel requires a 12,000 baht deposit even if you’ve fully paid for your stay, and the refund takes 2–4 weeks to process by credit card. That’s unnecessarily long and inconvenient.
Overall, a mixed experience. The stay itself was lovely, but the front desk process and deposit policy definitely need improvement.

Great
GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic. The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
HHorace0325The 137 Pillars Hotel provided an unforgettable stay, blending historical charm and modern luxury. From the elegant accommodations to the impeccable service and exceptional dining experiences, every aspect of my time there was remarkable. Highly recommended for those seeking a truly wonderful travel experience.

Very Good
GGuest UserIt has a quirky great gatsby theme, which is the appeal and selling point of the hotel - aside from that, the hotel has rooms for improvement if they position themselves as a luxury 4-5 stars.
Room and corridors are all quite dark. Bed and pillows are heavenly. Bathroom is dark and hard to do make up. Water pressure was good, they only have two big towels; not even medium towels are supplied for hair. No air ventilator in the bathroom either.
Breakfast was most disappointing. They have buffet and special made order. The latter took so long to be delivered. And when it came, the portion and presentation was most disappointing. The so called fluffy pancake was the most disgusting pancake I have had. It’s very hard and chewy. Buffet breakfast was basic at best, one round of serving is more than enough. No need to go for second round.
Service was mediocre at best from breakfast, rooftop bar to reception. The best was bell boy who attended our transportation arrangements to the airport.
The hotel is fine, too gimmicky for my taste. Feels like they put on too much cosmetic, gimmicky efforts and not enough on the basic customer experience and hotel offering.
I had high hopes because it was part of the autograph collection. Tried it once, never again. Not with this, or any other autograph collections.
GGuest UserThe room was great, however the shower doesn’t have bathmat(I mean the non-slip mat) I have checked the room in details still couldn’t find it.
Also I reckon the staff service was friendly but the accent can be hardly understood….I have studied in the states for more than 6 years, I am not from English speaking country but the working language is still English…I suggest either the staff speak slowly or learn speaking in Uk/US accent.
