I've never stated Agua Caliente I would never stay there on June 17th I came down with covid the reservations were made 5 days before that I started calling on the 17th to the hotel and the booking website Agua Caliente said it was the booking reservation website which it was not was not true on June 17th I walked into the Kaiser Permanente in Irvine and was given covid I immediately called the booking website which started working with them on the 17th he did absolutely nothing they even charge the booking website the booking website I'll give it 10 plus they gave me back and trip coins what I lost from Agua Caliente so all of those 4.5 star reviews I just want you to think about the fact that they said that I could go ahead and roll in with Tobit and stay there and make everybody in the town sticker possibly kill someone this is all over two days at $66 a night my family has been regular vacationing in Palm Desert for the last 28 years so for all those who want to give that hotel of 4.5 you lucky that no one got very l or died because I guess the price of human life out there for Agua Caliente is $66 that they would not change the reservations they would not refund the reservations the booking website late last night did the right thing and gave me vacuum trip coin what Agua Caliente took away out of over abundance of caution to everybody else we decided not to go but what kind
of a hotel would be okay with a guest calling and checking in with covid in stead of telling them of course will rebook it we have proof of test a very l this is probably how the pandemic started I just think $153 is not enough money possibly for someone's life I'm glad the Agua Caliente think so that it's okay to come with covid and spread it all over the desert so I would think about that the next time you check in the person sitting next to you at the pool can have covid

Originally, I booked an exclusive suite with a king-size bed and a private pool. I thought that after driving for so long, I could take a hot spring bath when I was tired. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the front desk told me that the hot spring room could not take people under 18 years old. My child asked me to choose a room with one bedroom, one living room and a kitchen. I told the front desk that we had already finished eating and it was useless to get a kitchen. I mainly wanted to soak in the hot springs. The front desk said that it was a rule, so it was okay. I had no choice but to transfer to one with a kitchen. If you have children, don’t worry about the result. It’s definitely not worth the more than 1,200 yuan.

Stayed here to go to Joshua Tree Park. The hotel is located close to the roadside, with various fast food and supermarkets nearby. I always walk 7 minutes to the nearby McDonald's for breakfast. The room is relatively large, but the decoration is very simple, and the balcony sliding door is difficult to push. The yard has palm trees, pool cacti.

There are two indoor and outdoor mineral water constant temperature hot springs, and another large swimming pool at room temperature. The hotel is very close to a shopping mall and there are many good Mexican restaurants nearby with very cheap prices.

Very nice hotel well located for an overnight stop during a road trip in California. And as we needed to relax, we greatly appreciated the swimming pool and spa - very clean and well appointed. The quality/price ratio was perfect. I recommend.
