Very nice hotel and in a nice location. Friendly staff. Archie was most helpful and supportive. The room was large, clean and well equiped. The hotel layout is so relaxed and comforting. We were advised by the about anything whenever we asked.

The stay by itself was very good . The hotel was good , the people were (then seemed to be) good . However I could have never believed that a tourist hotel like this would cheat us later in a very weird and unfortunate manner . I had left behind one of my expensive noise cancelling apple AirPods Pro. I realised as soon as we boarded the flight to India and we messaged the hotel giving them the exact location where I had left it at (under the left hand side pillow) They found it on the spot and agreed to keep it safe till they had any Indian guests visiting. The plan was to hand it over to an Indian guest who would courier it to us once back . We kept checking with them and they kept responding that they hadn’t had any Indian guests yet . A month later , last week , our friends visited turkey . We coordinated with them and requested the hotel guys to deliver it to our friends . That is when the hotel guys sent us a picture of an AirPod to confirm if that was ours . We had no reasons to doubt since they had confirmed finding it under the pillow in our room ! Most AirPods look the same in a picture . Our friends paid delivery charge of 400 lira and received the AirPod from them . When I finally received it in India , to my horror I found it was a fake AirPod ! It wasn’t my noise cancelling Apple AirPod . Had no serial number and the double vents of the latest version. Now the guys have simply refused to take responsibility for the cheating . They keep saying they had multiple AirPods and hence sent us the picture to recognise ours ! Not once did they mention that they had multiple AirPods or send us pictures of all the AirPods they had and asked us to give specifications ! I am so disappointed.. so disillusioned! How does a hotel catering to tourists cheat so easily and blatantly ?? How can they be so petty ? How can they lie so stupidly saying they had multiple pieces after having acknowledged finding my piece in our room a month ago. Their final response is that they r sorry and such accidents happen . Really ?? None of my friends are ever going there for sure !
